[Docker] lspci, lsmod, modprobe 명령어가 없을 때

Docker 내에서 device가 제대로 보이는지 확인하거나 모듈을 올리거나 하고 싶을 때 해당 명령어가 설치되지 않아서

lsmod, modprobe
